1. Organization and Membership

• Vocaal Regionaal  founded multiple choirs focused on pop, rock, soul, and musical repertoire. This choir is part of this organization.
• Membership is open to individuals aged 16 and older, with minors requiring parental consent.
• Members must have reasonable singing ability and commit to the choir’s goals of vocal development and quality.
  

2. Membership Enrollment

• Membership starts upon written registration via the website or at rehearsals.
• Registration forms must be completed truthfully.

3. Obligations of Vocaal Regionaal

• Weekly rehearsals led by experienced coaches, except during holidays or force majeure events.
• Provision of suitable rehearsal spaces with facilities.
• Replacement or rescheduling of rehearsals if the coach is absent.
• Delivery of teaching materials and equipment.

4. Member Obligations

• Adherence to the terms, internal regulations, and behavioral rules.
• Regular attendance and participation in rehearsals and performances.
• Timely payment of membership fees and any additional course fees.

5. Fees and Payment

• One-time registration fee of €22.50 (including VAT).
• Annual membership fee payable in one or two installments, with payment in advance. 1st installment before September-2nd installment before February
• Total annual membership amounts to € 360,- divided in two equal installments of € 180,=
• Late payments incur reminders and a €25 administration fee; access to rehearsals is denied until payment is settled.
• Pro-rated fees apply for mid-year joining members.
• No refunds for cancellations or missed rehearsals due to force majeure.

6. Courses and Workshops

• Optional courses and workshops are offered to improve choir quality, with extra costs.

7. Termination of Membership

• Vocaal Regionaal may terminate membership for failure to meet obligations, with written notice and a one-month notice period unless urgent reasons exist (e.g., theft, vandalism, threats).
• Members must resign in writing with a minimum one-month notice before the end of a 5-month period.
• No refunds on prepaid fees upon resignation.
• Membership ends automatically upon death, with possible refunds of excess fees.

8. Liability

• Vocaal Regionaal’s liability is limited to direct damages caused by intent or gross negligence.
• No liability for indirect damages or losses due to incorrect information provided by members.

9. Dispute Resolution and Legal Framework

• Disputes are to be resolved through consultation.
• Dutch law applies to all services and agreements.
• The organization reserves the right to amend these terms.

This comprehensive set of conditions ensures clear expectations for choir members and protects the organization’s operational integrity. It emphasizes commitment, payment responsibility, and respectful behavior while providing a framework for quality vocal development and community participation.

10. Missalenious:

In view of the fact that Vocaal Regionaal is responsible for the whole organization  there will be no other people involved/commissioned. In some cases members might be asked to take part in a temporary commission for performances, clothing and activities. Correspondence on any activity is solely restricted to Vocaal Regionaal. Interviews, newspaper articles can only be made available by Vocaal Regionaal. Participation to a choir is the responsibility of each individual member.

During performances it is allowed to make photos and videos for private purposes.  It is not allowed to publish these materials unless you have written permission from  Vocaal Regionaal.

During rehearsals it is not allowed to make recordings or videos.  Photos or videos made by Vocaal Regionaal can be published for commercial reasons or educational reasons.
